- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience was unpleasant and as such I will not be returning. This was a multiple person failure involving the staff. I do not know where the failure to communicate occurred, but once identified was not resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. The service itself was passable and the young woman who handled my pets was quite pleasant. This would have received a 4 star review.October 23, 2017by Patrick Swift
